Processing Times

Because many of our products are custom-made, processing times vary depending on the product and order size.

Standard Orders

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–7 business days

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–7 business days

Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Processing Time: Varies based on quantity and project requirements
  • Estimated completion dates will be provided during the quote process

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Expedited & Rush Orders

Need your order sooner?

Rush production and expedited shipping may be available for select orders.

Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Additional rush fees may apply.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Forever Crafted Designs cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect customer information

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not entered production or shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Forever Crafted Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided.
  2. Check with household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  4. Contact us if additional assistance is needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Custom & Event Orders

For custom orders tied to a specific event date (such as weddings, graduations, memorials, reunions, corporate events, or school functions), we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance.

Forever Crafted Designs is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Late order placement
  • Customer approval delays
  • Shipping carrier delays

We recommend ordering at least:

  • 2–3 weeks before small events
  • 4–6 weeks before large events or bulk orders

International Shipping

At this time, Forever Crafted Designs primarily ships within the United States.

For international shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and shipping rates.
