Refund & Return Policy

At Forever Crafted Designs, every order is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, our refund and return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalized t-shirts
- Memorial shirts
- Graduation shirts
- Bridal party apparel
- Family reunion shirts
- Custom business merchandise
- School and daycare apparel
- Custom mugs, tumblers, tote bags, and keepsakes
- Any item customized with names, dates, photos, logos, or personalized text
Please carefully review all spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and design details before submitting your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Personalized Products
For eligible non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Color & Design Variations
Please note that slight differences in colors may occur due to:
- Monitor and screen settings
- Printing processes
- Material variations
These minor variations are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before placing an order.
Because most apparel is printed specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
If you have sizing questions before ordering, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Order Changes
We can only make changes to an order before production begins.
If you need to update:
- Names
- Dates
- Photos
- Design details
- Shipping information
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Postal carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Please allow additional transit time during peak seasons and holidays.
